A) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of a 6 day/7Night All-Inclusive getaway to The Aventura Spa Palace Resort on The Mayan Riviera will be awarded. Trip includes round trip air transportation for two (2) people from a major airport nearest winner’s legal US residence to the destination city, 7 nights of 5-star hotel accommodations, the “VIP Plus” all-inclusive package (includes: round trip airport/hotel transfers, VIP Check-In/Express Checkout, Superior Room with two-person Grecian Jacuzzi and private balcony/terrace, unlimited meals, snacks, and drinks [alcoholic & non-alcoholic], unlimited mini bar [including bottled water, beer, soft drinks], unlimited 24-hour room service, unlimited free tours per person [including Chichen Itza, Tulum/Snorkel, Coba, Isla Mujeres, Sail n’ Snorkel, Wet n’ Wild Water Park, Ek-balam/Valladolid and others], Complimentary Spa Package [including one (1) free manicure, pedicure AND massage per adult at the hotel salon/spa], non-motorized water sports, introductory scuba lesion, unlimited tennis, theme shows, daily entertainment, tip allowance within the hotel, all taxes and fees [includes 12% Mexican Hotel tax], one (1) -$15 certificate for spa treatments, one (1) - $50 certificate for golf at the Playacar Golf Club or Moon Palace Golf Club, one (1) - $25 certificate for car rental, free transportation to Playa del Carmen, and access to the amenities at the other Palace Resorts hotels), and $500 spending money per person. The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize trip is $5,000.

Expenses of personal nature (i.e., gratuities, phone calls, gift shop purchases, some beverages, meals in alternate dining venues, etc.), are the financial responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Winner must complete travel by April 14, 2008 and must confirm travel dates with Independent Sweeptakes Administrator within 60 (sixty) days of Claiming Prize (See PRIZE CLAIM section of these Official Rules). All federal, state and local taxes, including, but not limited to, any taxes imposed on the income of the Grand Prize winner as a result of winning the Grand Prize and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein as part of the Grand Prize are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Prize is non-transferable, and cannot be sold, combined with any other offer or redeemed for cash. All travel subject to space availability at time of request, blackout dates including holidays and other restrictions may apply. Winner must give 30 days notice prior to intended date of departure. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary and must have valid required travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport, birth certificate) before departure. Grand Prize winner and travel companion are solely responsible for determining and obtaining, each at his/her own cost, required travel documents. All minors (based on age of majority in resident’s state) must be accompanied by minor's parent or legal guardian who must also be the prizewinner.

B) FIRST PRIZES: Five (5) First Prizes of a ProForm C630 Elliptical Trainer Machine will be awarded. The ARV of each First Prize is $249. The total ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded is $1,245.

C) SECOND PRIZES: Ten (10) Second Prizes of a $50 Visa GiftCard will be awarded. The ARV of each Second Prize is $50. The total ARV of all Second Prizes to be awarded is $500.

The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $6,745. No Prize substitution or cash redemption, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable prior to award. The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income and Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Any difference between stated value of Prize and actual Prize value will not be awarded. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Limit of One (1) Prize per person/ household. All prizes will be awarded.

PRIZE CLAIMS: Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return to Independent Sweepstakes Administrator, within ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility/liability/publicity release (the “Release”) in order to claim prize. If potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days from the date of the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the Release or driver’s license within the required time period, potential Grand Prize winner forfeits their right to the Grand Prize and another winner will be selected. Grand Prize Winner must confirm dates of travel with Independent Sweepstakes Administrator within 60 (sixty) days of returning the Release or Grand Prize may be forfeited. Potential Grand Prize Winner consents to use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize).  All taxes on the Grand prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
